Exchange and Return Policy
We ensure that all products are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in rare cases where an exchange is required, please refer to the policy below.
Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange is applicable only for damaged, defective, or torn (manufacturing defect) items.

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete unboxing video (showing the package being opened from start to finish) must be provided as proof.
Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

Size issues, color variation, dislike of the product, or change of mind.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

Products without an unboxing video.

Used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging.
Exchange Process
Once the returned item reaches our facility and passes quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched.
If the product is unavailable, the customer may receive store credit or a refund at the company’s discretion.
