Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shamglamify, we aim to process and deliver your orders promptly. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds will be issued after verification and completion of cancellation formalities.

Shamglamify reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment failure, unserviceable delivery location, or stock unavailability.

At Shamglamify, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Refunds are issued only in approved cases and in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only for orders eligible for return or exchange due to damage or defect.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes a quality inspection.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or UPI ID used during purchase.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Color variation due to screen or display differences.
Size issues, dislike of the product, or change of mind.
Used, washed, or altered products.

Shamglamify reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on internal review and evidence provided.
